From 01.03.2025, Kalinka school opens yoga classes for parents.
How Yoga is Good for Women
Improved flexibility: Practicing yoga improves the flexibility of the body and also leads to strengthening of the back, buttocks and abdominal muscles. This improves posture and overall appearance.
Emotional Management: Yoga includes breathing techniques and meditation practices that help manage emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall mental well-being.
Health promotion: The yoga program improves women's health. The exercises promote proper functioning of internal organs, stimulate metabolism, and improve digestion. Yoga practice also helps to cope with some symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome.
How Yoga is Good for Men
Physical Health: Practicing yoga helps improve flexibility, coordination, and strength. This is especially beneficial for men who exercise regularly. Increased flexibility and strength help improve workout results and reduce the risk of injury.
Reduce stress: Regular yoga practice can reduce stress levels and improve mental well-being. Meditation and breathing exercises help men cope with stress and improve their overall mood.

Classes are taught by Maria Korneva, a certified yoga teacher.
Yoga for Beginners
The practice will begin with a 4-class course - "Basics", where the basic skills of "how to" asanas, use of props, and also attention will be paid to alignments. Then the coach will follow the course "Vinyasa for Beginners" - this is a slow, deep class that gives the basics of how the Vinyasa practice works.
Vinyasa is a method of practicing asanas in which they are presented in a sequence that flows from one to the next. The practice focuses on coordinating the breath with the movement.

The classes are fast-paced, invigorating and definitely a "get in shape" class.
The structure is a fixed sequence of exercises performed in the Vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class, including warm-up, asanas and setting of intention...
