International Russian Language Week "East-West"

At Kalinka School, we sincerely believe that a good teacher is one who is always learning. Therefore, our teachers regularly attend professional development courses and enjoy discovering new methods.

In October, one of our teachers, Ekaterina Velikodnaya, completed a two-month program at the Moscow Linguistic University, which included online learning and a week in Istanbul.

From October 21–23, Yeditepe University hosted the International Russian Language Week "EAST-WEST." The event brought together 100 specialists from 24 countries to share experiences and discuss modern approaches and new ideas in teaching Russian abroad.

We're especially pleased that our teachers bring back new knowledge, inspiration, and interesting discoveries from these trips, which make our students' lessons even more vibrant, modern, and engaging!
